Aslan Studies · By Yume
For founders and operators who are done running on pressure alone — and ready to operate by design.
"Willpower runs out. Structure does not."
What This Is
Aslan Studies is where founders and operators come to build the structures that hold — so the business runs on design, not force. Through essays, diagnostics, and courses, we go to the layer where your internal operating system meets your external structure. Because that is where sustainable performance lives.
As within, so without.
Your business is a mirror. The clarity — or chaos — in your own mind shows up directly in your systems, your communication, your culture.
One process. Built properly.
Addressing everything at once produces shallow work across all of it. The disciplined operator selects one. Builds it well. Stabilizes it. Then moves to the next.
Soft heart. Strong spine.
This work is precise and grounded — never hard for the sake of hard. You are not here to be pushed harder. You are here to be redesigned, from the inside.
Start Here
The Chaos Audit names the gap. The Operator's Clarity Kit builds the structure. The Flow–Structure Course is the full methodology. Each is designed to continue exactly where the last one leads.
The Work
Start wherever your actual problem lives. If you are not sure, that is usually the Chaos Audit.

Diagnostic · Worksheet · Clarity Statement
A 13-page precision diagnostic built for the moment when something feels off but you cannot name what it actually is yet. Three stages — Surface, Source, Selection — each building on the last. You leave with one named structural gap and one clear direction forward. Not a list of things to fix. The one thing that, if addressed properly, frees the most capacity.

Four Modules · Nine Templates · Full Methodology
The complete methodology. Four modules moving you from awareness through to sustained flow. Nine toolkit templates used alongside the course and returned to every quarter. One idea underneath all of it: willpower runs out, structure doesn't. This is for replacing the parts of your business held up by sheer personal force with parts that hold on their own — even on the days you don't have it in you to push.

"Awareness → Audit → Action → Alignment.
This is not a process you complete once. It is a way of operating — permanently."
About
About Aslan Studies
There comes a moment when achievement is no longer enough.
The goals may be met. The career may be growing. From the outside, everything can look successful. Yet beneath it all, there is a quiet feeling that something is missing. Not because life is lacking, but because it is no longer aligned.
Aslan Studies was born from that question.
This work is grounded in a simple belief: we are responsible for the lives we create. While we cannot choose every circumstance, we can choose how we respond, what we cultivate, and who we become through it. Accountability is not about blame. It is about reclaiming the authorship of our own lives.
The frameworks shared through Aslan are shaped by years of studying leadership, systems, neuroscience, Human Design, somatic work, philosophy, and the patterns that cause capable people to burn out, lose themselves, or build lives that no longer reflect who they are.
The goal has never been to help people become someone else. It is to help them remember who they are, discover what they are here to contribute, and build a life that allows those gifts to be offered in service to others.
Meaningful change does not begin with becoming more. It begins with becoming more aligned.
If these words have found you, I hope they offer more than ideas. I hope they offer companionship, clarity, and the courage to build a life that feels like your own.
Meet the Founder
I'm a mother, founder, and lifelong student of what it means to live in alignment.
For much of my life, I believed that working harder would eventually create the life I wanted. It wasn't until everything I had built fell apart that I began asking different questions. Not how to achieve more, but how to build a life that felt honest, sustainable, and deeply my own.
That journey led me through years of studying leadership, neuroscience, Human Design, somatic work, systems thinking, and philosophy. More importantly, it taught me that real transformation isn't about becoming someone else. It's about taking responsibility for your life, understanding who you are, and building in a way that honors both.
Aslan Studies is my way of sharing what continues to shape me. Not because I have all the answers, but because I believe we're meant to learn, grow, and lead together.
Thank you for being here. I'm grateful our paths have crossed.

Disciplines of Study
Human Design — understanding how energy types are wired to work, so we stop building lives that run against our own nature.
Somatic & Nervous System Work — the body holds patterns the mind cannot always access. Sustainable performance begins here.
Neuroscience — how the brain encodes patterns, how stress degrades decisions, and how clarity is a state you can design conditions for.
The study of human behavior and relational dynamics — specifically, why capable people repeat the same patterns, and what it takes to interrupt them. Including the premise that no one is misbehaving — behavior that looks like dysfunction almost always has an internal logic worth understanding before judging.
The psychology of focus and energy states — how single-focus and diffuse-awareness modes operate differently, and how knowing which mode you are in changes how you lead, decide, and recover.
Developmental stage frameworks — the idea that people move through predictable stages of maturity and capacity, and that what someone cannot yet provide is just as important to understand as what they can.
Systems Thinking, Leadership & Philosophy — the structural layer underneath all of it.
